Karen Bridgett - Co-founder/Partner

Karen Bridgett is Co-founder and Partner of Potentia Concepts. Most recently, Karen has worked with clients such as the Federal Avaiation Administration performing strategic planning, workforce automation and knowledge management improvements. She has also worked with companies such as Verisign performing project management and business analysis on various mobile products and IT systems. Prior to starting Potentia Concepts, Karen held senior level consulting positions with American Management Systems and Universal Systems Incorporated. Karen has an extensive international consulting career working as a senior IT, business, & change management consultant in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, government, and pharmaceutical. She has strong experience in engagement and project management, knowledge management, business development and pre-sales support, business analysis, product definition, marketing campaign execution, and website definition, launch and testing.

Karen holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University, and a Masters Degree in eCommerce from Carnegie Mellon University.

Adam Hoey - Co-founder/Partner

Adam is Co-founder and Partner of Potentia Concepts. He has +20 years of international experience successfully innovating, designing, and launching products and services for telecommunications, government, security and AI clients in the US and Europe.

Adam has held career product management, leadership and consulting roles with Perot Systems, MCI, OECD, Sprint Nextel, Proteus, Verizon Wireless, Acta Wireless, US Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology, DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO/PMO) and Potentia Concepts working with partners MediaPRO and Duo Security.  Most recently Adam has held senior advisor roles with AI start-ups Deepdesk, Morfius and DC management consultancies. His current initiative is launching a partnership with DIMM.UP to provide enterprise organizations with digital and AI maturity diagnostics and benchmarking.

Adam holds a BBA/MIS degree from James Madison University, and a masters degree in technology management (MSIT) from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz School of Public Policy and Information Systems. He's PMI-ACP certified and has completed professional education in AI Strategy and Governance from U. Pennsylvania Wharton School and AI Product Management from Duke University. Adam is an avid cyclist, and former Washington DC Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner and Main Street board member.
