Potentia Concepts is a digital consultancy and value-added reseller of software tools that improve digital privacy compliance, employee security awareness and building successful eLearning programs.  It respects and makes every effort to protect the privacy of all visitors to and affiliated websites notably its software partners. Potentia Concepts is responsible for the processing of data.  Potentia Concepts does not process its own customer data but does utilize technology and hosting services from its supplier partners such as with its Security and Privacy eLearning services. You have the right to view, change or delete the information stored by us at any time.  This may occur on-line when using hosted services or with a written request by email or letter. Modification or deletion takes place within four weeks after Potentia Concepts has received the request thereto from the Participant.


Potentia Concepts will not share your information with others unless you have explicitly given permission for this during registration or if the law requires us to do so. This consent can therefore apply to the winning supplier of a group purchase or a co-organizer.


Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
